| The Skill Center (WST) provides juniors and seniors with an opportunity to learn entry level skills for entering career fields from Cosmetology to Welding. Students attend Henderson Bay HS and WST on an alternating basis. They are also eligible for post high school scholarships, internships, apprenticeships, and job placement assistance, and may earn college credits and industry certification. Career programs may also offer cross crediting for high school classes. |

These locations offer a Running Start program. Students take college level classes and earn high school and college credit. Juniors can enter this program and graduate from high school while earning a 2 year Associates Degree simultaneously. To enter Running Start you must be 16 years old and have earned a minimum of 10 high school credits. Students must also complete an entrance skills assessment and score at college level. |

| Students are eligible to complete high school graduation requirements and enroll in a career education program at the same time. Job Shadows, internships, apprenticeships, industry certification, job placement assistance and career specific training are offered here. Students may also enroll in Running Start or as a Technical High School student. Requirements necessary are 16 years of age and earned a minimum of 10 high school credits. |

| Fresh Start Program – designed for students that may not be quite ready for Running Start and want a change in educational sites. Students are enrolled in high school classes to build their academic skills so they can enroll in college level classes. Once they are enrolled in college level classes, they will earn credits for both high school and college. They receive a high school diploma and work towards their degree. |

| Students earn elective credit by participating in career exploration activities. These include job shadows, internships, informational interviews, Business Week, leadership camps/conferences, Career Day and job fairs. |

| Work Based Learning |
| Students can earn elective credit for their paid work experience. Employment sites must meet certain requirements to be considered an eligible credit-earning work site. |
